The company was founded in 2010 and its owner is Srecko Miodragovic, an adviser to the President of Comtrade, Veselin Jevrosimovic. Besides the portal, Internet group is the founder of the Telegraf foundation which aims is to promote information technologies in education and develop IT literacy but also to popularize athletics among young people. In 2012 it was announced that Internet group bought ownership in three newspapers in Macedonia.
